About These Resumes
I’ve built both of these resumes to show the balance between my two main passions – music and finance. Each path represents a different part of what drives me: creativity, curiosity, and connection.
To create my two resumes, I used a series of detailed prompts to guide the AI’s output. I first asked it to analyze my original resume and then create two tailored versions: one for the finance industry and one for the music field. My prompts specifically requested that the AI keep the same formatting style as my original document but adjust the wording, section order, and tone to fit each audience. For example, I prompted it to “emphasize professional and analytical skills for finance” and to “highlight creativity, performance, and collaboration for music.”
The AI responded by reordering my education and experience, adding industry-specific terms, and refining the descriptions to sound more focused and professional. These changes made each resume more relevant to its field while maintaining my voice and background.
From this process, I learned how precise and intentional prompting can shape AI-generated content. By giving context, tone, and audience in each prompt, I was able to create resumes that clearly communicate my skills and goals for two different career paths.
